The ADDIE instructional framework design approach, stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. It's a systematic process ensuring that learning solutions are not just created but are effective and responsive. Analyzing needs, thoughtful design, meticulous development, seamless implementation, and thorough evaluation form a dynamic cycle for optimal learning outcomes in my coaching programs.

Kirkpatrick’s Model
In my coaching and program design, Kirkpatrick's Model is pivotal. It comprises four levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. I use this framework to not only gauge participants' immediate reactions but also to measure the depth of learning, behavior change, and the ultimate results achieved. It's a layered approach that ensures holistic development in the programs I design.
